Sales Policies

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled prior to personalization. Once an item has been personalized cancellation and returns are not available.

Refund/Return:

All Personalized Autographed items are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Refunds and Returns must be requested within 30 days of Purchase.

Any error in personalization by the seller where correct personalization was clearly specified in order qualifies for a refund or exchange.

Any books received damaged from publisher qualify for return.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed of product description. Product failure to meet buyer expectation is not the responsibility of the seller and is not deemed returnable.

Any non- personalized product returned for a refund must be in re-sellable condition and original packaging if applicable.

If a purchase is deemed qualified for a return and/or refund: All refunds are subject to a processing fee. All return postage is paid for by purchaser, Seller is not responsible for return postage.
